Case management
​Case Management is a process capability in the Designer Studio that supports the definition of a case and case type with all its associated information and content. Cases can then be created and thus follow the defined application process flows.  

Correspondence
​Correspondence may be part of business logic, whether it is an email, print, faxes or other types of notification. Correspondence rules can be defined to automate the creation and delivery of multiple types of notification.

Declaratives, decisions, and validation
Learn how to use declarative rules, decision rules and validation rules and how to use each for applying specific business logic for processing work.

Process (flows)
Enforcing business logic to your application process is done by creating business rules and applying them to the use cases and workflow the application requires. Work and work items in a process flow may need business logic applied to them for the process to continue or complete successfully.
