Uninstalling Pega PRPC 7 Personal Edition

When you have finished using Personal Edition, you can remove it from your workstation. Before you uninstall Personal Edition, you can package and save your work in a separate file to import your work into another application.

1. Save your work in Personal Edition by using the Application Packaging wizard to export your work, including work objects and data. Save the export.zip file to a safe location.
2. Click Designer Studio > Application > Distribution > Package to start the wizard. For details about how to use the wizard, see Migrating Applications with the Application Packaging Wizard.
3. Optional: Back up your database.
4. Close the Tomcat and logging windows.
5. Remove Personal Edition:
   • Delete the PRPCPersonalEdition program directory that was created during the installation.
   • Delete the three Personal Edition shortcuts on your desktop.
